4/26/2007 The hotel staff for planning was great. The service from the front desk and other staff onsite was not up to par. They would rude to some of our attendees and also gave wrong directions to the meeting room.

2/26/2008 We encountered several minor problems. During the course the mics from the in-house AV company continually died and AV was needed to come to replace the batteries. Although the AV team was very responsive, it was frustrating that it was not a one time occurance. The second challenege has happened since the billing. We submitted a list of 77 names that our organization paid the room and tax for. I have not yet received the invoice, but have had five calls of people that are on the list, but have had the charges applied to their credit card.

Caribe is about to renovate their guest rooms, to be completed by April 09 and their new rooms are Fabulous. You need to see them. Plus, the hotel has great service.
