I have to admit we had some pre-conference concerns. Communications with our original CSM left something to be desired. But after voicing our concern, a new CSM was assigned, and everything went very smooothly after that. Our group of 300+ persons held 5+ full days of meetings; the layout of the hotel meeting space was well suited, and the service level of the staff was excellent.
