Grove Park Inn Resort & SpaThe fall of the year was perfect timing and perfect weather and atmosphere. All personnel were accommodating and served willingly with enthusiasm. The sleeping accommodations were adequate and met all the needs physically and had beautiful, serene views. Meeting space was perfect and the food and beverages were exceptional, even those with certain diet restrictions commented on how well they were taken care of.

This meeting was a combination of an information sharing and social event. The accommodations and meeting facilities were well appointed and comfortable. The service levels from check in to check out were superior. All requests were met with a pleasant and positive attitude and a quick response. The meeting participants continually expressed their pleasure with the facilities and the services. The actual planning for the meeting was done in a very professional manner. The sales and catering staff were very quick to respond and assisted in making this a successful meeting. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed first-rate service from all the staff at the Grove Park Inn beginning with the corporate sales staff in the early planning stages setting the date and venue, carrying forward with the convention management staff in determining the facilities and catering details, following through with the banquet and serving staff during our conference. The AV staff responded immediately the first day when it was realized that we had neglected to order the correct AV equipment. They enabled us to begin our conference on-time and without the attendees even knowing that there had been an equipment issue. Everything was prepared to our specifications, ready on-time or early, and worked flawlessly throughout our conference. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent! This was our company's first opportunity to host this industry group which meets twice a year in different locations across the US, and we are still receiving accolades from attendees.
