7/18/2007 The staff was extremely helpful and personable. We were only there for 2 days, but the hotel had the small feel to it that everyone knew who you were and asked if they could assist. This was a very small meeting, but they still made us feel important. The meeting space was very nice and convenient on the same floor as the meal room. If in Toronto, I would use the hotel again.
