Overall rating is a 1 - not good.

We have used this hotel many times in the past with all good reviews but recently the hotel notified us the a meeting we had contracted (10 days out from meeting start date) was going to have to change all our space due to another booking the hotel accepted. Due to very specific space requirements the meeting was not able to accept the new space and we had to do some quick research and re-book it elsewhere.

I totally support a hotel wanting to manage the best business opportunity they can get but once you are contracted the hotel should not push one long term client out for a once in a life time meeting.

The real issue at hand was the way the hotel handled the situation and that they made litle to no effort to resolve. They wanted us to cancel with no penalty and that is what they got.
