Renaissance Stanford Court Hotel San Francisco

We had our Leadership Conference at the Stanford in August of 2008. All I can say is that it was customer service to the extreme. In my nearly 10 years of meeting planning - this was the best I have ever seen. Most places you usually get the customer service on the first day or two and then they forget about you. But, at the Stanford it was through out the entire conference. The staff - AV, back office, restaurant, chef, housing, CSM, manager truly love what they do and it shows. The staff, themselves, get along very well.


Now onto the particulars: AV was excellent, concierge was excellent, staff (Stephen) went out of his way to help and would not leave his side, one of our Executive Board Members who is in a wheelchair, the food was excellent - a great variety and beautiful presentation, meeting was was very good - excellent (they were just finishing up renovations when we arrive), but it was completed by the time we left.
