the hotel sales person who was asked what incentives the hotel offered to the customer (third party - already commissionable at 10%) for booking?

Or the one about the sales person at a trade show who, when told that the planner did no meetings in that area but did vacation there, offered a weekend's stay for the planner and her spouse?

Well there were more and many in an ethics session I moderated today at Affordable Meetings. Rich conversations about the scenarios provided and about the issues raised by the participants.

It seems that many are still unsure about what to do - what to take or not take - and how our industry can offer so many 'carrots' to so many.
