It's that time of the year when, with Thanksgiving in the US approaching, we turn our thoughts to ...fowl ... for which I have a great fondness.
I'm a pretty discerning consumer of turkey and chicken in particular. When I'm told that my club sandwich will have turkey on it, I always ask if it's real turkey (sliced off a bird) or turkey roll. You know, I've never had someone tell the truth! I
It happened again .. at the convention center in a major city just the other day. It seems to happen almost everywhere.
This week it was the 'turkey wrap sandwich' which had that strange stuff on it that restaurants - and even room service in the best hotels - call what they put on a club sandwich. They tell you it's real turkey when you order - and when the in-room dining server brings your

BRAVO! to Saddlebrook Resort for getting it.
What are some other brilliant marketing ideas you've seen .. or recipes you've received from properties that are easily adapted for home use?
