Great blog at USAToday - and I thought we would extend the conversation over here about what we want as resolutions for hotels.  I wrote there and add here:

Free wi-fi and soundproofed windows and walls AND connecting doors when one gets a room w/ a connector.
Add to that:
1) Staff - ALL staff - trained to answer questions about safety and security first and all other issues later.
2) Safe, secure


I blogged a few weeks ago about the poor hotels that were fighting the ADA revisions, saying they would cost the hotels too much to retrofit to be in compliance with the new regulations.  One of our industry associations was fighting this revision of the ADA, the first since its inception.
