I've been a participant and a trainer at a number of meetings at this hotel. Each quarter they send out a superb 'marketing' email - not the usual update on what's new and fabulous tho' you can get it there. And I don't think I've received any cold calls from them - THANK goodness! - and yet, they are in my mind often since I've used some of the "tools" they've sent.
Recipes! Always recipes that their chef develops and they send to customers and prospects. Brilliant! They are easily used and sent on (see below tho' w/o the photo) and are yummy and fun AND by asking for feedback after you've made it, you're building a relationship with the property and esp. w/ the chef. BRAVO! to Saddlebrook Resort for getting it.
What are some other brilliant marketing ideas you've seen .. or recipes you've received from properties that are easily adapted for home use?
