9/24/2007 Group sales was excellent; catering/CSM department is short-staffed; business center personnel need better training in being welcoming and "hospitable"; bell staff short-handed; most of the hotel staff was excellent (i.e., housekeeping, front desk, doormen, night duty managers, etc.). Sleeping rooms were outstanding (for New York!).

1/31/2008 The feedback from all the FWS Sales Managers, Directors and VP's was most favorable. Everyone loved the spaciousness of the rooms, the suites were extremely spacious and quite useful.....hotel charm was noticeable, hotel staff most helpful. Personally, I thank Joe Nahas for directing me to this hotel and for negotiating a great room rate.

1/23/2007 The space was outstanding. The general session room (Astor) was very roomy for NYC, and had great accoustics. The client raved about it. I was also very happy with the quality of the food. We got several compliments. The staff was outstanding as was the location of the hotel.
