Literally every employee worked to make sure that our event went well, and to insure that our attendees were more than happy. The Convention Services staff is so careful and attentive to all of the meeting details, so for a small organization like ours, this really helps. The hotel staff was able to quickly respond when one event went way over our guaranteed attendance.

The hotel's location is excellent, the food was delicious, and the meeting space was beautiful. Since this event ended, we've been conducting a survey of attendees; they are all rating this convention hotel as excellent to very good. We would definitely use the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel again, and would recommend it to everyone going to New Orleans.
