We were challenged to provide a flawless program in the middle of family season as well as hurricane season. The comment from the client was that we surpassed all expectations. The trip was a great success and everyone had a wonderful time. The hotel team was great and the coordination with our staff worked perfectly. All-in-all the trip was a huge success.

3/20/2007 The hotel worked very hard to make our meeting a huge success. Tamika Pinder and her team were with me at all times and very responsive to our needs.

Although the Atlantis has many possible perks (water park, casino, movie theater, shopping, etc.) the lack of customer service from all departments makes this property a disgrace. We executed three separate programs at the Atlantis in 3 consecutive months this year and all three were horrible. The pre-planning process was made overly difficult due to our non-responsive, rude and abrupt conference services manager. While on-site, we could not trust that anything would be handled by Atlantis staff with urgency, competency or follow through. At banquet functions the waiters/ waitresses were caught numberous times taking drinks from our bar for themselves and eating food from the buffet table. The rooms were musty, the housekeepers took a bite of fruit from the fruit basket guestroom amenity and then returned it to the basket and also my necklace mysteriously disappeared while on property. To top it off, my last program which operated the first week in April took almost two months to finalize after working with four different group accounting members because the bill was incorrect. Now, we just hope that Kerzner does not stop payment on our commission check before we cash it as they did previously. I will never return to this property whether it be for business or leisure.
