This hotel was wonderful. Their organization and attention was over the top. There were not problems. None with the hotel at all. Everyone at the hotel knew who to call if there was a question and our guests had no idea ther may have been a question. I wish we could go back again. The rooms are incredible. The service was exceptional. The food was great! The bar is great! I hope you can tell I loved it there.

7/13/2007 This is first-tier property. While it is very expensive on all counts, the quality of everything and the service was impeccable.

The Peninsula provided exceptional service to our Board of Directors. Everything went off without a hitch. No matter how much detail I send prior the meeting at other properties, there is always a glitch but at The Peninsula it was the easiest meeting I have ever done. My specs were actually read and executed. Their staff paid great attention to detail. What a joy it was. I would definitely recommend this property to any VIP group.
