Front desk in particular were very efficent with great attitude. Checked in late morning and was happy that room was ready and the process was quick and simple. Great location although Chicago needs to add a Staples or some computer store downtown - had to Schlepp out to no where to get a new laptop charger - hotel could have offered as well.

Would def recommend this hotel to anyone coming to town!
