The food is outstanding. The AV staff did a good job after at first being reluctant to meet our specific requests. Front desk staff was rude to one of my VIP's. General Manager is very involved and came to discuss the issue immediately after it was brought to his attention.
I wish we had been informed of the fact that the front entrance was under construction before we arrived. Made it difficult for drivers to find the entrance from the street.
