Meeting space is very convenient. Location in Japantown is unusual and our delegates liked this about the hotel. There is an arcade attached to the hotel with many shops and restaurants and great eating places closeby. The trolley car stops out front to Union Square so even though its away from the Wharf area, it doesn't take long to get there by public transport. Conference staff are easy going and professional - we took our training course there 2 years in a row.
