We have used this property for three conferences and have had numerous problems each time. Terrible A/V staff who are inexperienced and incapable of responding to technical problems. The catering staff refuses to set F&B for less than the number of seats in the meeting room, thereby requiring you to guarantee an early morning breakfast for the same number of people you set for the meeting. Contract requires both F&B and room attrition, along with room rental. Guest rooms are tired and in much need of renovation. We have used this property when we cannot find anything else in DC, but will never use it again.
