Very pleased with this hotel overall - great location and great service. Front desk in particular were very efficent with great attitude. Checked in late morning and was happy that room was ready and the process was quick and simple. Great location although Chicago needs to add a Staples or some computer store downtown - had to Schlepp out to no where to get a new laptop charger - hotel could have offered as well.

Would def recommend this hotel to anyone coming to town!

we used this hotel for accomodations only for our staff, the location was down the street from our meeting space and i thought the room were great - they were very large for european standards, room was clean, comfortable and very modern. gym was great, and they have a pool. i'd stay there again.

This was our host hotel where we held all our meetings, and used other hotels in the area for accomodations only. Great location, good food, excellent service.

Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club Hotel Miami: Annual Conference

Held our annual meeting here, and everything was absolutely spectacular. The conference services team worked with us very closely to make sure we were true partners in the event and had extremely creative and new ideas to make the entire meeting feel unique and different. i'd go back there in a heartbeat.

This meeting was a combination of an information sharing and social event. The accommodations and meeting facilities were well appointed and comfortable. The service levels from check in to check out were superior. All requests were met with a pleasant and positive attitude and a quick response. The meeting participants continually expressed their pleasure with the facilities and the services. The actual planning for the meeting was done in a very professional manner. The sales and catering staff were very quick to respond and assisted in making this a successful meeting. We will definitely be back.

I used the South Loft for an event of 27 people and found everything to be perfect. The food was outstanding and the service matched it.

I would highly recommend the North or South Loft for special events up to 40/45 people

attended a customer event at Turnberry in Sept..stayed in the Magnolia wing and found it to be very deluxe..great service, comfy beds..

meeting space wonderfully located.
Activities i.e. lazy river new and very fun

F & B outstanding...very creative on the coffee breaks
