Firstly because of its location on the harbour and close to everything, but mainly because the staff were so professional but friendly. Most had been there for many years. One small problem now is that their fantastic view is only visible from higher levels, having been built out in recent years. This is not why we didn't return, just like to try new cities around the world instead.
