The Royal Palms was outstanding. An old, interesting, and fine facility. The meeting sales and meeting planner I worked with were both extremely professional and capable. Everything went smoothly and well. One of my Directors, who spent the first night at the Ritz Carlton, said that the and his wife preferred the Royal Palms and disappointed about his secretary's mixup of hotels. The meeting itself were very well. The food, including T Cook's, is excellent. It turned out to be a small, unexpected gem!

I absolutely love this property. There was nothing that I asked for that I didnt receive. The staff came through on every request. The property is gorgeous. We had great receptions on the outside. They accomodated every request no matter how big or small. Definitely a winner.

Recent site visit did NOT dissapoint.
This new hotel is 5 star. GREAT roof top pool (on 4th level I think) and right across the street from beach. If you have NOT been to Fort Lauderdale in a while- it's changed !! And the St. Regis leads the way for hotels. Small meeting space, but worth the price if you can get in.
