Beautiful property in excellent location. Facility and Staff are outstanding. The few glitches that came up were taken care of quickly and professionally. Sales, catering, and front desk staff were fantastic.

Best convention service staff we have had in the ten years of doing this meeting. Very attentive and responsive to our needs. Sales and service staff constantly questioning how they could assist to make the meeting even better.

We have used the Westin Copley place the past 2 years for our user group conference. The staff at this hotel is second to none! No detail is missed, no need unmet ...and that extends to PSAV as well. The food is outstanding - each year we have had similar comments like "this does not taste like "hotel" food." When my program is over I feel like I'm leaving my friends. BEST OF THE BEST!!

My company and our clients are spoiled by the experience we receive at the Westin Copley Place. Our clients love the downtown location and outstanding service. It's great to go back year after year and see the same faces. The in-house AV firm PSAV is tops too.

One of the best venues I've been to lately. The staff is proactive and on top of everything. The meeting room locations are perfect when going from a main tent in the ballroom to breakout sessions. The food & bev were amazing. And AV couldn't have been better. It's a perfect location that will give your attendees the experience you intend.

Meeting of internal division of financial services company
Some areas of the hotel seemed a bit "used" - public bathrooms, etc.
Guest rooms were nice, but not great
City views/ocean views unbelievable
No airport noise
Food was OK - lunch events were forced outside in "pavillion" (tent) due to lack of meeting space inside to accomodate

Seaport Hotel Boston: Boston Visit

I have being going to Boston my whole life and my recent visit in June 2008 was unbelievable. What a great area the Seaport is and Seaport Hotel. Great restaurants nearby and museums. DO NOT overlook this area...it's NOW great.

Had two meetings at this Hyatt. I have to state I am biased, love Hyatts. My group loved this hotel so much they requested it again for their next meeting two months later.

Our event was not overly complicated to execute, but things always crop up. The staff bent over backwards to make everything as easy as possible for us.

10/10/2007 I started out expecting difficulties, as my sales manager left before the program dates and my CSM was on vacation during the week of my program, but the staff pulled together and put on a great event for us.
