Re:4 Nov. is the US election day 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 1
We have had several requests for meetings over election day and as soon as we reminded them of the fact the dates have changed almost immediately. Missing election day seems to be almost as negative as askiing an employee to travel on a Sunday.

Since I live in the great state of "final decisions" a.k.a Ohio I absolutely got an absentee ballot even though I will be home that day. The number of machines and volunteers is proportional to the last election and do not reflect the number of new registrations during the past four years so the lines are long and painful.

As this election is boiling up to be as rough as the past few and polls say Ohio will again through the switch this year my entire family has volunteered to spend the day driving folks to voting stations.
