Not seeing it but then most of what I work w/ clients to book is for 5, 8 or 10 years out.
Our concern is to negotiate and find a fair method by which to protect clients' meetings for rates that may fluctuate wildly btw. now and .. then.
I did see a small meeting's rates for the Spring of '09 decrease by about $8. per night over '08. That may be a sign...but I think we are all in for an interesting ride.
