We held our event at the Mandarin recently. The feedback I received from attendees and staff is that the hotel was beautiful, and in very good condition. Service was impeccable, and they were always on time, not once did I have to go find someone if I requested help at 1pm, they were there at 1pm. It was a nuisance that there were no house phones inside the meeting rooms, although they could be added for a fee. The downfall was that the property is slightly isolated, which for our attendees it wasn't a huge factor, but it is something to consider. This is a great property, with great space, but does not have the same "Mandarin" feel as does say the Miami property. All in all though it was a good choice for our program, and we would definitely consider it again.
