I have been hearing about this hotel for several years now - slick, sleek and very stylish on the inside - not so pretty on the outside. Nice location for views from rooms but not so great for nightlife or action - The Service could not have been better and the rooms are very very nice.

I would hesistate to bring another group here only due to location - if you want them secluded then this is the hotel.

Hotel has a great location just off Lincoln Road and next to the Ritz Carlton on Miami Beach - Fun Art Themed Hotel and public spaces are clean and slick and trendy - enjoyed the lobby and bar/restaurant areas!

Rooms are a tad on the tired side right now - could use some sprucing up and some maintenance work. Staff is very friendly and eager to help - big issues with wireless internet but they also have hard wired so all worked out. Hotel not geared to business travelers but worked quite well anyway!

Price for value was excellent!

Evening networking event - space on 2nd floor is cramped and pre function area tight - F&B was ok but should have been better. Location of hotel is central to midtown. Staff at front desk were efficient but not overly friendly. All was OK but not great!

Attended a Recent Program in October at the Carlton Tower - hotel is very nice 5 star but it was all about the staff. Front desk and restaurants could not have been nicer. The Rib Room was not inexpensive but one of my all time top 10 best meals ever! Function space is located on 2nd floor and breakouts have windows. Banquet F&B was superb. Ceiling heights are a tad low but certainly did not hinder our meeting

Very pleased with this hotel overall - great location and great service. Front desk in particular were very efficent with great attitude. Checked in late morning and was happy that room was ready and the process was quick and simple. Great location although Chicago needs to add a Staples or some computer store downtown - had to Schlepp out to no where to get a new laptop charger - hotel could have offered as well.



Would def recommend this hotel to anyone coming to town!

Nice Hotel - all new and spiffy but not rocking anyones world. Big Big Big and not all that user friendly. I did truly like the deli/convenience store concept. And the staff could not have been more friendly.



Issues with bathroom locations, lacks a fun/hip bar, and room product is pedestrian. Good Hotel for a large convention with medium expectations.

Hotel is much improved from my last visit 2 yrs ago. Service and product are significantly better. New Pool area is great. New bar/Lounge experience needs work. Bartenders not pleasant or quick to help. Rest of staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be nice. Kudos to Olga who was everywhere during my stay!



Hotel location is still a challenge - No Miami Beach and not near any action at all.
